These terms are between you and 10xproductivity, which operates letterport. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them.
Early access
letterport is in early access. Features, limits and the API may change, and the service may be interrupted. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you.
Your account and keys
You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys, including by your agents. Keep keys secret, and revoke any that may have leaked.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. Breaking it can lead to suspension or closure of your account.
Your content
Mail and attachments in your inboxes are yours. You allow us to store and process them only as needed to run the service, as the privacy policy describes.
Email delivery
Email passes through systems we don't control. We don't guarantee that a message will be delivered, how quickly, or that it will reach an inbox rather than a spam folder.
Plans
The free plan has the limits shown on our website. Paid plans and their prices will be published before they are offered.
Ending the service
You can stop using letterport at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close the service, we will tell account holders in advance and give them time to export their mail.
Disclaimer and liability
letterport is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, revenue or profits.
